COLLECTIVE BARGNING AGREEMENT CBA

The Collective Bargning Agreement between the National Basketball Players Association NBPA and the National Basketball Association NBA outlines the employment terms for professional basketball players in the NBA. It includes detled agreements regarding player rights, club obligations, as well as contractual detls for NBA teams, the league itself, and the association.

The current CBA was approved by the NBPA membership in April 2023, becoming effective on July 1, 2023. This agreement exts through the 2029-30 season, with both parties having the option to exercise an exit clause following the of the 2028-29 NBA season.
